Complete Plant – Briqueterie Naili (Algeria) – 2015
The Naili plant produces 200.000 ton/year .
The plant has been designed for producing hollow blocks type B8 and B12.
It is composed by:
Clay preparation ready for the production of 400.000 ton/year composed by all Capaccioli machines:
- Box feeders ARAL 6150
- Box feeder for SAND ARAL 4100
- Clay crusher ARAL FD6015
- 2 roller mills ARAL LS1412, roller dimensions: diameter 1400-length 1200.
- 1 MIXER MB800,
Silo with hover head crane bucket excavator for 400.000 ton/year, 108 meters width,
Capaccioli production line for 200.000 ton year composed by including
- 1 ROLLER MILL ARAL LS 1412
- 1 FILTER MIXER ARAL MF600
- 1 ARAL M7507S EXTRUDER

- Dryer loading unloading, ,
- robotized setting machine,
- kiln car handling system
- Robotized unloading and packaging, complete with trucks direct loading and automatic stock.
Rack dryer of 6m width and 70 racks with 5 layers each, supplied complete with structure and racks in hot galvanized steel.
The Drying cycle is 3h 20’,
Kiln of 6.4 meters width and 150 m length
the firing cycle is 28h hours
The kiln is equipped with double hot recycling group.
New generation of Capaccioli gas burners has been installed. The firing plant is composed by n. 6 lateral burners, n.3 ceiling burners group with controlled ignition with 14 points , n. 7 ceiling burners group with 14 points.
The plant capacity of 30 kiln cars per day has been reached very fast.
