Complete plant – Sarl Banou Messaud (Algeria) – 2011

We started up the plant of the Algerian manufacturer Sarl Banou Messaud, becoming a point of reference on various technological and production fronts.

For the realization of this plant, our Capaccioli team adopted all the precautions deriving from the company’s strategic choices.

  • Cutting-edge technology
The plant uses the most modern technical choices for the entire production process: pre-processing, automation, drying, firing, packaging. The customer thus has low management costs, reduced consumption and quality products.
  • Reliability and after-sales assistance
The plant has remote assistance modules for direct remote connection to the software of all machines, in order to achieve rapid interventions and find timely solutions to problems by reducing the time for technical interruption.
Training was also given to local technicians thanks to our Arabic-speaking Capaccioli staff, in order to limit interventions by the parent company as much as possible and minimize intervention times and plant shutdowns.
  • Quality products
All the technological aspects are studied in detail: clay in the quarry, mixtures, dosing systems, automatic dampening systems, control of the drying and firing processes with supervision, automation systems that move the products quickly without damaging them.

The results of the plant confirm the achievement of this strategic goal.

Plant features and achievements

For the construction of this plant, Capaccioli has adopted all the measures arising from its strategic choices.

  • State-of-art Technologies
The plant uses the most modern technical solutions for the entire production process: clay preparation, automation, drying, firing, packaging. The customer will thus have low management costs, low fuel consumption and quality products.
  • Reliability and after-sales assistance
The plant is equipped with remote assistance modules for a direct connection to the software of all the machines, in order to achieve rapid interventions and find timely solutions to the problems by reducing the technical intervention time.
It was also given a training to local technicians by the native Arabic speaker of Capaccioli staff to limit as much as possible interventions from the Headquarters, to minimize the response time and plant downtime.
  • Quality products
All the technological aspects are studied in the smallest details: clay in the quarry, mixture, dosing systems, automatic wetting systems, control of drying processes and supervised firing, automatisms that handle products quickly without damage.

The plant outcomes confirm the achievement of this strategic objective.
