Head Screen • VT Series
The head screen sorts a wide range of products, with different separation profiles obtained by overlaying several pieces of mesh at the same time.
Electromagnetic heads arrayed along the support bridges generate high frequency oscillating energy. This energy is applied directly to the sifting mesh at several strategically placed points across the mesh surface. This means the vibrationtype can be adapted to the needs of the specific materials to achieve the desired separation target.
The sitting surface angle and mesh size are carefully selected to achieve the exact separation profile while optimizing feed rates.
