Toothed disc crusher FD
The toothed disc crusher is one of the primary machines in the preparation and pre-processing of raw material from the quarry.Its main functionis to redice lumps, and any impurity they contain, to suitable sizes for finishing and storage.
The machine consists of two counter-rotating rotors fitted with toothed discs set inside a sturdy housing; the distance between the 2 rotors determines the size of the output material.
Structural features:
-Structure in high-strenghts welded steel plate, includes seats and supports for shafts and all accessories.
-Set up of disc and blades mounted to shafts in high-grade steel
-adjustable scrapers
-Drive units include motors, gears, belts and pulleys.
