New clay preparation line
CAPACCIOLI has supplied to the company Cersanit (Roman – Romania) a complete clay preparation line and a chamotte grinding line.
The line is composed of clay and sand box feeders, clay crusher, a roller mill LS1080, a filter mix MF400, a fine balance roller mill LF1008 with lamination thickness 0,6 mm and an extruder M450/S.
All the supplied machines are a Capaccioli production.
Together with the green production machines, it has been supplied a complete plant for the chamotte grinding with granulometry up to 0,4mm composed of loading hoppers, two mills, crible and storage silos.
The preparation line is dedicated to the production of high value and quality material: brick, clinker, special pieces and bats for glazed tiles printing.
In particular, the glazing process requires a controlled granulometry of the ceramic mixture with restricted value that do not have to exceed 0,6 – 0,7mm.
For this reason, the balance roller mill LF1008 guarantees the control on the lamination thickness, thanks to its intrinsic constructive characteristics and to the electronic control of the lamination thickness.
The heart of the system is composed by the double balance device that is made of two mechanic parts, one for each side of the machine, connected by a rigid mechanic connection.
The cinematic chain of each balance can be represented by a couple of branch at 90°, strictly connected with a rotation centre linked to the main frame, one end connected to the cylinder support and the other end connected to the hydraulic contrast piston.
The regulation of the lamination thickness and therefore of the distance among the cylinders take place through the rotation regulation of the cylinder group around the rotation centre placed on the main frame. The contemporary rotation on both sides, guaranteed by the rigid connection between the two balances, always allows the perfect cylinders alignment, and the maintenance of the right lamination thickness all over the cylinder length.
