Focusing on customer has led Capaccioli to develop an efficient service of continuous assistance on kilns, dryers and automation by means of  internet or modem connections.
 We are able to perform controls on the system functionality.

Timely interventions of skilled technicians are guaranteed, also by means of phone-assistance, in order to help the operator to manage and control the system.

Capaccioli also provides a  spare parts service aimed at providing promptly the customer with spare parts, thanks to a stock of spare parts in the company. On customer request, Capaccioli  provides a list of strategic spare parts for each specific supplied plant.
